Union women’s bowling recap from MSC Championship

 Bowling Green, Ky. - The Union College women's bowling team recently competed in the Mid-South Conference Championships. The Bulldogs competed in single, double, and full-team matches. They placed ninth overall.

In the singles matches, Madelynn Napier led the way by placing 39th with a total of 504 pins and a game high of 174. Amber Thomason followed with a total of 484 and a game-high of 191. With these scores, Thomason placed 46th.

Heaven Cooper placed 58th with a total score of 378 and a game-high of 146. Olivia Brock placed 60th with a total score of 333 and a game-high of 139.

In the doubles, Napier/Cooper placed 26th with a total of 882 pins and a game-high of 302. Thomason/Brock had a total of 817 pins and a game-high of 289. This placed them at 29th.

In the first game of bracket play, Union fell to Lindsey Wilson 4-0. Then in round three, Union fell to Bethel 4-0.
