Union women’s swimming places fourth in Bulldog Invite

Barbourville, Ky. – The Union College women's swimming and diving team competed in the Bulldog Invite on Oct 17-19. The Bulldogs placed fourth with a score of 389.5.

The Bulldogs had a total of two first-place finishes, six second-place finishes, and three third-place finishes this past weekend.

• 200 Yard IM - First place: Emma Phillips - Final time 2:08.16. | Second place - Dorottya Jozsa - Final time: 2:08.31.
• 400 Yard IM - First place: Emma Phillips - Final time 4:37.81.
• 200 Yard Freestyle Rela: Second place - Izzy Proctor, Erin Pease, Emma Phillips, and Dorottya Jozsa. Final time: 1:45.75.
• 200 Yard Freestyle: Second place - Dorottya Jozsa  - Final time: 1:55.64.
• 100 Yard Breaststroke: Second place - Emma Phillips - Final time: 1:06.28
• 100 Yard Freestyle: Second place - Dorottya Jozsa - Final time 53.38. | Third place - Ceci Gimenez - Final time: 54.99.
• 200 Yard Breastroke: Emma Phillips - Second place - Final time: 2:23.52.
• 400 Yard Medley Relay: Third place - Dorottya Jozsa, Emma Phillips, Ceci Gimenez, and Erin Pease. - Final time: 4:11.72.
• 400 Yard Freestyle Relay: Third place - Erin Pease, Ceci Gimenez Martinez, Emma Phillips and Dori Jozsa - Final time: 3:42.68.
