Bio

Yardley Polsen is a Graduate Assistant for the Union Commonwealth University women's soccer program. A native of Narellan Vale, Australia, Yardley began her academic journey at Elderslie High School in Camden (2012–2015) before continuing at SEDA College in Sydney (2016–2017).

She earned her Associate of Arts degree from Dodge City Community College in 2022, where she also competed as a collegiate soccer player. She continued both her academic and athletic career at Union College in Barbourville, graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, Yardley is pursuing dual master's degrees in Athletic Administration and Business Administration at Union Commonwealth University, with an expected graduation date of December 2026.

On the field, Yardley brought energy and leadership to both Dodge City and Union Commonwealth’s soccer programs. Off the field, she enjoys anything outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and all things sport.

Her family back home in Australia includes her mum Kim, dad Michael, and sisters Chelsea and Scarlet, along with beloved pets Splinter, George, Sally, Preston, and Garie. Here at Union, she’s accompanied by her cat, Queso.
