Barbourville, Ky. - The Union Commonwealth University women's soccer team faced Tennessee Wesleyan on Wednesday. The Bulldogs fell short 1-0.
Tennessee Wesleyan's Krista Eik Hardardot scored the only goal in the first half. UCU had six shots, four on target, while Tennessee Wesleyan had 21 shots, with 12 on goal.
UCU goalkeeper Chiara Isanto made a season-high 11 saves, with two in the first half and nine in the second.
