Women’s soccer falls to Reinhardt on Senior Day

Barbourville, Ky. – The Union College women's soccer team fell short to Reinhardt on Saturday.

The matchup featured Senior Day for the Bulldogs as Union recognized Neomi Vargas, Brooke Miller, Yardley Polson, Lillian Bianca Paterra Dos Santos, and Sheniece St. Jean.

During the 21st minute, Ryelyn Wells scored the first goal of the game for Reinhardt. One minute later, Lidia Herrera scored the second goal for the Eagles.

In the second half, Herrera scored another goal for Reinhardt during the 47th minute. Then during the 54th minute, Aryn Parrish scored the last goal of the game for Reinhardt as the Eagles won 4-0.

Chiara Isanto tallied 12 saves for the game, which puts her at 108 for the season. This places her tied for third in the AAC for saves.

The Bulldogs are now 3-14 (3-11 AAC) this season, while Reinhardt is 12-5-1 (12-1-1 AAC).
