Midway, Ky. – The Union College women's soccer team played at Midway on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023. It marked the Bulldogs' second game of the season, while it was the season opener for Midway.

In the first half, the Eagles' Cameron Banfield and Morgan Harper each scored a goal. Evie Clare added to Midway's lead in the second half with the Eagles' third goal of the matchup. The Bulldogs fell short by a final score of 3-0.

Union goalie Chiara Isanto tallied 15 saves off 18 shots on goal. The Bulldogs fall to 0-2, while Midway is now 1-0. Up next for Union is a home game against Brenau on Saturday, Sept. 9, at 11:00 a.m.
