Thomas withdraws from AAC women's golf tourney

ADAIRSVILLE, Ga. - After finishing play in the opening day of the Appalachian Athletic Conference women's golf tournament Monday, Union's Kiara Thomas withdrew before beginning play during the final round Tuesday.

Thomas was tied for 29th on Monday, in which she shot a 15-over-par score of 88 in what was her final round of play in the 2022 season. She was the only Bulldog to compete at the AAC tournament, which was played at the Barnsley Gardens Resort.
