Coleman places seventh overall as Union finishes third in Bulldog Bash

Louisville, Ky. – The Union College women's bowling team placed third in the Bulldog Bash this past weekend. The Bulldog Bash marked the season opener for the Bulldogs.

Individually, Union's Maya Coleman placed seventh out of 31 with a score of 661 through four games. Coleman registered a score of 223 in the fourth game, which was the third highest score recorded by any player on the day.

Union's Amber Thomason and Madelynn Napier placed 14th and 15th respectively. Thomason finished with a score 611, while Napier registered 608.

Napier's single game high occurred in the fourth with a score of 180, while Thomason tallied 163 in the opening game.

Laura Head placed 21st with a score of 454 in three games, while Meghan Bernard recorded 450 in three games to place 22nd. Olivia Brock placed 28th with a total score of 240 through two games.

As a team, the Bulldogs placed third with a score of 5,384.
