- Coach Carr begins his second year as Union's head coach going int0 the 2023-24 season
- Served as an assistant at Lander University (S.C.) in 2021-22, helping lead the program to a 24-5 record and a top-five ranking in the NCAA Division-II poll.
- Previously spent four years as an assistant and Director of Basketball Operations at Ohio Valley University.
