Barbourville, Ky. - The Union Commonwealth University women's basketball team hosted Columbia International on Saturday. The Bulldogs defeated the Rams 80-39.
Emrey Glover led the Bulldogs with a season-high 23 points and registered three assists. Madison Brady added a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds.
McKenzi Himes scored 14 points with six rebounds, Ja'Naia Moran had 12 points and five assists, and Gracie Jervis finished with 10 points and a season-best seven steals.
Claire Belcher, Rachel Smith, and Sarah Smith also scored for the Bulldogs.
Union is now 3-11 (2-6 AAC) this season, while CIU is 0-12 (0-9 AAC). Up next for UCU is a home conference game against Kentucky Christian on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at 5:30 p.m.
