The Bulldogs fall against Milligan

Barbourville, Ky. – The Union College women's basketball team fell short on Saturday in a home game against Milligan.

Union was led in scoring by Madison Brady, who recorded 20 points. Brady's nine made field goals is the most by a Bulldog this season.

McKenzie Himes scored 15 points for the Bulldogs, while registering a team-leading seven rebounds. Himes entered Union's 1,000-point club in the matchup as she now has 1,005 career points.

Morgan Blakley, Rachel Smith, Madison Cox, Ciara Uphoff, and Ja'Naia Moran also scored in the game for Union. Milligan won the matchup 106-50.

The Bulldogs are now 3-17 (3-11 AAC) this season, while Milligan is 14-4 (11-1 AAC). Up next for the Bulldogs is a home conference game against St. Andrews on Saturday, Jan. 27, at 12:00 p.m.
