The Bulldogs fall short at Lincoln Memorial

Harrogate, Tenn. – The Union College women's basketball team played at Division II Lincoln Memorial University on Wednesday night. The Bulldogs fell short 105-52.

Madison Brady led Union in scoring with 18 points off the bench. Morgan Blakely was one of two Bulldogs to score in double figures as she tallied 10 points, while going 2-of-3 from 3-point range.

Himes registered eight points, while Natalie Johnson tallied six. Ja'Naia Moran, Madison Cox, and Rachel Smith also scored for the Bulldogs.

Union won the rebounding battle 32-31 as Brady, Moran, and Himes each tallied a team-leading six rebounds.

The Bulldogs fall to 1-12 on the season, while Lincoln Memorial advances to 6-1. Up next for Union is a matchup at No. 15 Cumberlands on Thursday, Dec. 28, at 5:30 p.m.
