MILLIGAN, Tenn. - McKenzi Himes continued to establish herself as one of the Appalachian Athletic Conference's top post players, but the Union defense was carved up by Milligan in an 88-56 loss in women's basketball play Saturday.

The Buffs shot nearly 65 percent from the floor through the first three quarters and were particularly dominant in the third, outscoring Union 32-17. All told, six different Milligan players scored in double figures.

It was the third time Himes topped 20 points this season. She's averaging 16.3 points over her last seven games and has shot better than 50 percent in 10 of Union's 11 games this season.

Raigan King added 16 points and seven rebounds off the bench.
