Tiffanie Moore joined Union's coaching staff in October of 2022. She is a Union softball alumnus having enrolled in 2013 and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelors of Psychology.

As a player, Moore entered Union's record book on multiple occasions. She hit 16 career home runs at Union, which was a school record when she graduated. Her seven homers in 2015 was tied for a school record at the time. Moore's 160 career RBIs and 353 career assists are still school records.

Moore is from Alcoa, Tenn.
