In the second matchup of the doubleheader, Reinhardt tallied five runs in the bottom of the first inning to go with one run in the second inning. In the top of the third inning, an RBI single by the Bulldogs' Megan Meritt allowed Shelby Easton to score.

After not allowing a run in the bottom of the third inning, Union tallied a run in the top of the fourth inning when Sarah Lowe scored for the Bulldogs. Reinhardt won the matchup 10-2 in five innings to sweep the doubleheader.
