Cross country runs at Brescia

OWENSBORO, Ky. - Three Union cross country runners took part in the Brescia University (Ky.) Invitational on Friday.

On the men's side, freshman Alex Garcia placed 108th in 31:51.6, while sophomore teammate Chandler Mills placed 121st in 34:50. The lone member of the women's team to run was Morgan Blakley, who took 99th in 26:00.8.

The Bulldogs have one more meet before the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championships. They travel to Wilmore, Ky. for the Chick-Fil-A Invitational on Oct. 22.
