Cross Country Races at Chick-fil-A Invitational

WILMORE, Ky. – The Union College men's and women's cross country teams were in action on Saturday at the Asbury University Chick-fil-A Invitational.

The meet was held at Asbury University in Wilmore, Ky.

Union did not score any points in either race as the Bulldogs had only three men and one woman to cross the finish line; however, the Bulldogs still had a great day with some impressive times.

In the men's 8K, Dennis Kipkorir finished with a time of 29:54.4 at 17th place, William Johnson finished with a time of 34:33.7 at 33rd place and Chandler Mills finished with a time of 36:23.7 at 36th place.

In the women's 5K, Esther Boram finished with a time of 24:17.5 placing 37th.

NEXT FOR THE BULLDOGS

Union will compete in the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship Meet on Nov. 6. The meet is being held in Canton, Ga.
