Cross Country Competes at Brescia Invite

OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Union College men's and women's cross country teams were in action on Friday at the Brescia University (Ky.) Invitational.

The meet was held at Yellow Creek Park in Owensboro, Ky.

Union did not score any points in either race as the Bulldogs had only two men and one woman to cross the finish line.

For the men, William Johnson and Chandler Mills finished together in 81st and 82nd place. Johnson posted a time of 38:45.7 for the 8K with Mills following in 38:46.0.

In the women's 5K, Esther Boram placed 41st overall with a time of 21:41.8.

Union returns to the trails on Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Chick-fil-A Invite hosted by Asbury University (Ky.).
