Erin Pease breaks heptathlon record yet again at Jim Green Invitational

Lexington, Ky. - The Union Commonwealth University men's and women's outdoor track and field teams recently competed at the Jim Green Invitational, hosted by the University of Kentucky. The Bulldogs competed against a field of NCAA schools.

On the women's side, Erin Pease delivered another standout performance, finishing fifth in the heptathlon with 4,115 points. Remarkably, this marks the third time this season that Pease has broken the program record in the event. She previously set the record at the AAC Championships with a score of 4,021 points.

In the men's events, Teddy Stills finished 14th in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.89 seconds. Meanwhile, Jay Ateeb earned a strong fourth-place finish in the triple jump, recording a mark of 13.06 meters.
