Union wins 4-3 at No. 14 Reinhardt

Waleska, Ga. - The Union College men's tennis team picked up an impressive victory at No. 14 Reinhardt on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' win marked the first conference loss of the season for Reinhardt.

The doubles point was won by Reinhardt, but Union won four singles matches to get the victory. The Bulldogs have won six of their past seven matches.

Doubles:

Pau Pujadas and Luciano Fisicaro defeated Luke Geduldt and Sebastiano Zorzi (Union) 6-4.

Nikolai Hensberg and Federico Zeiter defeated Joao Cardoso and Harry Jordan (Union) 6-4.

Santiago Diaz Lopez and Victor Lopes (Union) defeated Bruno Squarcia Mateo and Michael Wassef 6-1.

Singles:

Luciano Fisicaro defeated Sebastiano Zorzi (Union) 6-0, 6-4.

Kacper Gorecki (Union) defeated Harsh Kheterpal 7-5, 6-3.

Niccolo Chiriatti (Union) defeated Bruno Squarcia Mateo 7-5, 7-5.

Victor Lopes (Union) defeated Pau Pujadas 2-6, 7-5, 7-6.

Nikolai Hensberg defeated Harry Jordan (Union) 6-3, 7-6.

Luke Geduldt (Union) defeated Federico Zeiter 7-6, 7-5.

The Bulldogs are now 8-5 (5-1 AAC) this season, while No. 14 Reinhardt is 9-2 (8-1 AAC). Union hosts Columbia on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the Bulldogs' next match.
