No. 13 Union defeats SCAD Atlanta

The No. 13 Union College men's tennis team earned a 6-1 victory over SCAD Atlanta on Saturday afternoon.

Union swept the doubles point as it won 3-0. Sebastiano Zorzi and Henning Ebersohn won 6-3, while Harry Jordan and Joao Cardoso won 7-5. The third match of doubles play was won via forfeit.

The Bulldogs only lost one point in singles competition. Victor Lopes picked up a win in three games, while Jordan won (6-1, 6-3); Ebersohn won (6-1, 6-2); Cardoso won (6-0, 6-4); and Niccolo Chiriatti won via forfeit.

Union is now 3-4 this season. The Bulldogs host Midway on Sunday, March 5 beginning at 11:00 a.m.
