AAC Swimming All-Academic & Champion of Character Teams announced

Barbourville, Ky. – The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) has announced its 2023-24 Men's & Women's Swimming All-Academic and Champion of Character teams. The announcement occurred with the AAC Championships starting tomorrow.

Three Union College swim team members have earned spots on the AAC All-Academic team: Dmitrii Bulakh, Zach Nepogoda, and Will Webb.

Additionally, Nepogoda and Izzy Proctor have been recognized for their outstanding character; securing places on the Champion of Character Team.

Both the women's and men's swimming teams will be competing in the AAC Championships on Thursday, Feb. 8, through Saturday, Feb. 10, in Kingsport, Tenn.
