Tyler Wheatcroft and Asuka Kaneda named to AAC All-Tournament Team

Barbourville, Ky. – The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) released its 2023 Men's Soccer All-Tournament Team on Saturday, Nov. 10.

Tyler Wheatcroft and Asuka Kaneda represent No. 15 Union men's soccer on that list. Kaneda scored Union's lone goal in the AAC semifinals against Tennessee Wesleyan, while Wheatcroft was a strong contributor for the Bulldogs.

No. 2 seeded Union defeated No. 7 Bryan in the opening round before falling to No. 3 Tennessee Wesleyan in the semifinals.

The Bulldogs are awaiting the announcement of the upcoming NAIA Tournament bracket. Union is 15-2-2 (10-1-2 AAC) this season.
