Union men’s soccer ranked at No. 15 in final NAIA Coaches’ Poll

Barbourville, Ky. - Union men's soccer was ranked at No. 15 in Wednesday's final NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Rating. In the previous edition of the poll, the Bulldogs were slotted at No. 16.

Union has scored 73 goals this season, which ranks second in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC). The Bulldogs have allowed just 21 goals, which ranks fifth in the conference.

On Tuesday, the Bulldogs received numerous AAC Awards. Callum Edwards, Asuka Kaneda, and Callum Longworth were named First-Team All-AAC. William Fox and Diogo Costa were named Second-Team All-AAC.

Edwards also received the AAC Offensive Player of the Year award, the AAC Freshman of the Year award, and the AAC's Golden Boot award. Union's Jonathan Shaw was named AAC Co-Coach of the Year with Milligan's Patrick Sweeney.

The Bulldogs are currently 15-2-2 (10-1-2 AAC) on the season, and are awaiting the unveiling of the NAIA Tournament bracket.
