Union men’s soccer scores six goals in victory over Northwestern Ohio

Barbourville, Ky. – On Saturday, Union College hosted Northwestern Ohio in the annual Thomas Trammell Memorial Match. The Bulldogs scored two goals in the first half, and four goals in the second half.

The game's opening goal was scored by Asuka Kaneda off the assist by Nathan Bouard. After Northwestern Ohio tied the game 1-1; the Bulldogs scored five unanswered goals.

Callum Edwards registered two of those goals, while Bouard, William Fox, and Luis Davin each tallied one. The Bulldogs won by a final score of 6-2.

The matchup featured two teams that each received votes in the latest NAIA Coaches' Poll. Union is now 4-0 on the season, while Northwestern Ohio is 1-3-1.
