Bio

Daniel Schoenbachler is a Men's Basketball Graduate Assistant and Junior Varsity Head Coach at Union Commonwealth University. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Daniel is a 2018 graduate of Pleasure Ridge Park High School, where he played high school basketball.

He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Campbellsville University Harrodsburg, where he also began his coaching career. During his 1.5 years at Campbellsville (2022–2023), he contributed to the program’s success, helping secure one regional title.

Now at Union, Daniel brings a strong work ethic, passion for the game, and hands-on leadership to the basketball program. Off the court, he enjoys mountain biking, refurbishing furniture, and staying busy as a handy man.
