Union kicker Dustin Brown named AAC Special Teams Player of the Week

Barbourville, Ky. – The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) has named Union kicker Dustin Brown the Special Teams Player of the Week.

Brown's afternoon was highlighted by going 6-of-6 on extra point attempts in Union's 44-0 win over Kentucky Christian on Senior Day. He also had seven kickoffs with an average of 40.7 yards.

He is 17-of-19 on extra point attempts this season, while being 7-of-12 on field goal attempts. Brown leads the AAC in field goals made this season despite only playing in seven games. He leads Union in points scored this season with 38.

The Bulldogs conclude the 2023 season 4-6 (3-3 AAC). Union's four wins were by a combined total of 124-19.
