Bio

Nate Glant is the Associate Head Baseball Coach, originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Wayne High School in Fort Wayne and attended Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Glant brings a strong track record of coaching success across multiple programs. He began his coaching career as the Pitching Coach at Dawson Community College (2017), where his staff ranked #8 nationally in ERA and #10 in strikeouts. He then moved to Lincoln Trail College (2017–2019), where his pitching staffs consistently ranked in the national top 10 for ERA and strikeouts. During his time at Lincoln Trail, Glant helped develop two future MLB pitchers, six MiLB players, 22 NCAA Division I pitchers, 12 All-Conference pitchers, and two All-Americans.

From 2019 to 2023, Glant served as the Head Coach at Muskegon Community College. Under his leadership, MCC led the NJCAA in hitting (.370) in 2021 and in stolen bases in both 2021 and 2023. His teams also broke school records for home runs and stolen bases (2022, 2023), as well as strikeouts by the pitching staff (2023). He coached 56 All-Conference players, two All-Americans, and saw 58 players advance to four-year schools.

Glant holds multiple coaching certifications, including Brian Cain's MPM Certification, Driveline Baseball Pitching, and training under Eric Cressey.
