Cruz and Coffing collect first-place finishes at the USA Outdoor Regional Championship

Williamsburg, Ky. - The Union Commonwealth University archery team competed in the USA Outdoor Regional Championship on Thursday and Friday.

Men's Compound: 

Sergio Edgar Martinez Cruz placed first in the overall individual. Cruz, Daniel Carlton, and Jacob Newby placed third in the men's compound team.

Women's Compound:

In the overall individual, Ashley Coffing placed first, while Rachel Flack placed third. Flack, Coffing, and Ruthie Masengale placed second in the women's compound team.

Mixed Compound:

Cruz and Flack placed second overall.

Men's Barebow:

Kyle Coffey placed second in the overall individual.
