Union women’s track and field competes in the AU Invite

Anderson, Ind. – The Union College women's track and field team competed in the AU Invite on Saturday. The Bulldogs had an overall ranking of sixth with a score of 34. Union recorded three top-three finishes.

 

Melanie Partin had the highest finish of the day with a first-place finish in the 400-meters off a time of 1:12.18. Williams also competed in this event, and placed third with a time of 1:13.97.

 

Erin Pease placed third in the 60 hurdles; clocking a time of 10.38. She also placed sixth in the long jump with a mark of 4.16m. Pease placed 10th in the shot up; recording a mark of 7.97.

 

Pease claimed sixth place in the 60-meters with a time of 8.79. Partin and Williams each competed in the 200-meters. Partin placed sixth; recording a time of 31.33. Williams placed ninth with a time of 32.52.
