Barbourville, Ky. - The Union Commonwealth University men's basketball team hosted Columbia International on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell to the Rams 66-64.
Ben Underwood led the Bulldogs with a double-double. He scored 15 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Sam Conley matched his 15 points and had eight rebounds and four steals.
Allister Dixon contributed 10 points and four rebounds, while Jabari Covington recorded six points, five rebounds, and three steals.
Jeremiah Stroman recorded seven points and three rebounds, while Kaleb McLendon, Dallas Rufus, Micah Engle, and Luca Stubel also scored for the Bulldogs.
Union is now 6-8 (2-6 AAC) this season, while CIU is 12-1 (7-1 AAC). Up next for UCU is a home conference game against Kentucky Christian on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at 7:30 p.m.
