35 Bulldogs earn AAC All-Academic Honors; Kale named to Champion of Character Team

Barbourville, Ky. - The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) announced its 2025 WinWon Baseball All-Conference awards on Tuesday.

Gunnar Kale was honored with a selection to the AAC Champion of Character Team, recognizing his exemplary sportsmanship and leadership. In addition, Kale was among 35 Union baseball players who earned All-Academic honors for their excellence in the classroom.

Joining Kale on the All-Academic list were:
Tucker Allen, Kason Bennett, Ryan Brown, Jonah Carden, Max Charlton, Jackson Clark, Raebert De Los Santos, Jayden Gonzalez, Braylon Greene, Garomme Hanna, Jude Haser, Dylan Hetzler, Brendan Hillis, Trey Hollon, Dalton Kottmer, Kien Long, Nathan McCabe, Christian McCollough, Jonathan Miles, Ernesto Moreno, Caleb Newkirk, Jose Perez, Hunter Pinkston, Isaiah Pintor, Logan Romasanta, Wylee Sawyers, Cameron Schuster, Nick Seelman, Carter Shinavier, Hunter Smith, Cooper Tomkinson, Steven Tunstill II, Jakob Warren, and Austin West.
